1. A bit carried away in the Pound Shop!

   I first did this idea on a plate a few years ago, I wanted to make a design for Christmas so I thought of this. The dog belongs to my neice, the kitten is one of the five we have at the moment so at least one of them has earned its keep & I have been waiting for an excuse to paint a Budgie for a long time. I used to love mine as a child I only recently found out that my sister hoovered it up then claimed it had just died for no reason (you know who you are Denise!). 
   I wanted to make the design all Christmassy so while I was in the Pound shop I spotted some stars, glitter glue & diamond shapes. I got carried away adding the stars with the glitter glue but I am glad I stopped myself adding the diamanté, I think that would have been a little OTT & no one can ever accuse me of that!

   

   

   

   

2. Pennies from Heaven

   I did my first idea drawing for this design about a year ago & the second drawing in June, I just never got round to painting it till now. As Adrian is away at Tatton show I can sit & paint without him telling me to stop messing & get some proper work done -in other words sit on the computer doing all the orders we have waiting. 
   This design is for the Kids Money Boxes but I will have to wait till Adrian returns to see if it looks good when its printed. Well every cloud has a silver lining, time to do another painting before he returns to crack the whip!

   

   

   

3. Forever Autumn

   I think I like this Autumn design better than my Summer one, the same way I prefer the Autumn season, I love picking berries, seeing the autumn colours, lighting the fire again & not being disappointed every time it's rainy & cold!
